Q. What determines whether a ticket request is approved or denied?
A. Ticket approvals are determined based on client availability and recent ticket allotment to ensure fair distribution of tickets.
 
Q. What if I want to request more tickets than the maximum number allocated?
A. If you have a reason that will require more than the maximum number allocated, email Angie Trujillo or call 416-925-8981.
 
Q. How do I get my tickets once I have received notice that they have been allocated to me?
A. You will be notified on how to pick up your tickets when you receive an email confirmation letting you know that your ticket request has been approved.
 
Q. What if I cannot use the tickets after they have already been assigned to me?
A. If you cannot use your assigned tickets please email Angie Trujillo a.s.a.p. or call 416-925-8981.
 
Q. How can I donate tickets to BBBST?
A. If you have tickets that you would like to donate, email Angie Trujillo or call 416-925-8981. Tax receipts will be issued accordingly.
